Siearra Hargrove
Siearra Hargrove is the passionate founder of Siearras Mission, dedicated to supporting the lives of low-income communities and the homeless through kindness and generosity. With over 15 years of experience with volunteering with organizations that specialize in homeless initiatives. "Anyone that truly knows me knows that my favorite quote ever is from MLK " Life's most persistent and urgent question is, 'What are you doing for others?" I started Siearras Mission because I wanted to be a part of the solution, but I wanted to do it my own way. I would love for Siearras Mission to be a legacy well after I'm gone that leaves a meaningful and positive impact on the marginalized communities we aim to serve."
Errick Hargrove
Errick provides administrative support to the Siearras Mission acting as the Vice President. Errick is an Operational Analyst for KeyBank and has worked in the nonprofit community in Cleveland via KeyBank’s Neighbor Makes a Difference Day as a volunteer to a verity of organizations for the last six years. He received a BA in Finance and International Business from the HBCU, Central State University. Errick has developed a strong sense of devotion for the nonprofit sector as a beneficiary of multiple organizations throughout his childhood, living in Cleveland, OH and Kansas City, MO. This experience gave him a deep appreciation for how nonprofits seek to improve the quality of life for our community; one program at a time.
Pamela Stargen
Pamela, a compassionate soul dedicated to making a difference in the lives of the homeless and low-income communities. Her daughter’s nonprofit, founded on the principles of kindness and generosity, reflects the values instilled by Pamela. Through her support and encouragement, Pamela has played a fundamental role in shaping her daughter’s passion for helping those in need. Together, they embody the spirit of giving back and inspire others to do so as well. Pamela brings a strong financial acumen to her role in Siearras Mission, serving as Siearras Mission Co-Vice President. With a degree in accounting from John Carroll University, her dedication to financial stewardship ensures that every dollar is used wisely furthering the mission of providing support and assistance to those in need.
